1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this prize draw is T&R Direct Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), an insurance intermediary registered in the United Kingdom.
1.2 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of T&R Direct Ltd, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must complete the official online entry form accessible via the QR code displayed at the event.
3.2 All required fields must be completed using accurate and valid contact details.
3.3 No purchase, quotation, or obligation to obtain insurance is necessary to enter the prize draw.
3.4 Entries must be received by 15 April 2026. Entries received after this date will not be included.
4. The Prize
4.1 The prize consists of one (1) 11” Apple iPad.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.3 T&R Direct Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.2 The draw will take place on 16 April 2026.
5.3 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
5.4 If the winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of being notified, T&R Direct Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
5.5 This process will continue until a winner successfully claims the prize.
6. Notification & Prize Delivery
6.1 The winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone.
6.2 T&R Direct Ltd may request reasonable proof of identity before awarding the prize.
6.3 The prize will be dispatched or arranged for collection within a reasonable time following confirmation.
